The Rise of Final Jihad: A Prophetic Glimpse into the End-Times

Why This Matters Now

In today's world, conflict in the Middle East, terrorism, and the rise of radical Muslims dominate the news. But for Christians, these are more than political or military concerns—they are signs of the times. Understanding jihad, its purpose, and how it fits into biblical prophecy is crucial for believers and those seeking truth.

This article will explore the roots of jihad, its different forms, and its role in shaping our world today. More importantly, we will examine what the Bible says about these events and the ultimate victory of God of Abraham Jacob and Isaacs.

Christianity vs. Islam: Do We Serve the Same God?

A common misconception is that Christianity and Islam worship the same God. But as believers in Jesus Christ, we know that Christianity is not a religion—it is a way to life, a relationship with the one true God.

Jesus declared in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." This makes Christianity fundamentally different from Islam and any other belief system.

Islam teaches that Allah is supreme and that jihad is necessary to spread his rule. But the God of the Bible teaches love, grace, and salvation through Jesus Christ—not through force or violence.

The Resurgence of Jihad: A Global Threat

For decades, terrorist groups such as the Taliban, ISIS, Al-Qaeda, and Hezbollah have carried out violent campaigns under the banner of jihad. Iran, as the largest state sponsor of terrorism, continues to destabilize the Middle East and America still negotiating with it today.

It matters who is in the white house office. A few years ago, major peace agreements were signed between Israel and several Arab nations, proving that good leadership matters. The Bible warns in Proverbs 28:2, "When a country is rebellious, it has many rulers, but a ruler with discernment and knowledge maintains order."

But today, we see increasing instability. The withdrawal of U.S. forces from Afghanistan allowed the Taliban to return to power, reigniting the spread of terrorism. This shift aligns with what the Bible says about the nature of evil in the last days.

What Is Jihad? More Than Just Terrorism

Jihad is often associated with suicide bombings and violent attacks, but it is much broader. The Arabic root of jihad means “struggle” or “effort,” and radical Islamists interpret it as a duty to make Allah's rule dominant.

Jihad takes many forms:

Military Jihad – Warfare against non-Muslims to expand Islamic rule.

Immigration Jihad – Moving to non-Muslim lands to spread Islamic influence.

Economic Jihad – Using financial power to promote Islamic interests.

Educational Jihad – Spreading Islamic teachings in schools and media.

Media Jihad – Using news and social platforms to promote Islam (e.g., Al Jazeera).

If a Muslim cannot fight physically, they are encouraged to migrate, pray, or use influence to advance Islam. And if all else fails, they resort to violence.

The Martyr Mentality: Why Some Choose Death Over Life

Radical Islamists believe that dying for Allah guarantees them paradise. This is why suicide bombers see themselves as “martyrs.” shaheed. According to Islamic tradition, a jihadist who dies in battle receives:

Immediate entrance into paradise, bypassing judgment.

• Rewards of pleasure and wealth that were forbidden on earth.

• Seventy-two virgin wives as a reward.

• The ability to advocate for fifty of their relatives on judgment day.

This doctrine contrasts sharply with Christianity, where God commands us to choose life (Deuteronomy 30:19). Jesus came to give life abundantly (John 10:10), not to demand bloodshed in His name.

The Muslim Brotherhood: A Global Agenda

The Muslim Brotherhood is a worldwide movement that promotes Islamic rule. Their logo, featuring two crossed swords, carries the Arabic phrase waeedoo—meaning prepare. This aligns with their strategy of preparing for conquest by any means necessary.

New Muslim converts are considered dhimmis—people under Islamic protection but not equals. Christians and Jews are called Ahl al-Kitab (People of the Book), meaning they worship one God but are still seen as inferior.

As jihadists gain ground, they seek to dominate societies, not coexist peacefully. This is evident in how Islamic migration patterns lead to increased influence through mosques, schools, and political pressure.

The Final Rise of Jihad and Biblical Prophecy

Today, Israel stands stronger than ever—prosperous financially, advanced technologically, and powerful militarily. This sets the stage for the fulfillment of Ezekiel 38:1–6, where God reveals a future coalition led by Gog of Magog:

"Now the word of the Lord came to me, saying, ‘Son of man, set your face against Gog, of the land of Magog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal, and prophesy against him, and say, “Thus says the Lord God: ‘Behold, I am against you, O Gog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal. I will turn you around, put hooks into your jaws, and lead you out, with all your army, horses, and horsemen, all splendidly clothed, a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords. Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya are with them, all of them with shield and helmet; Gomer and all its troops; the house of Togarmah from the far north and all its troops—many people are with you.’”

This coalition—Iran, Libya, Ethiopia, Turkey, and others—will rise against Israel. But in the end, God Himself will intervene and bring a decisive victory, defeating radical Islam the jihadist on the mountains of Israel. This will be a powerful divine defeat, And the Antichrist will take advantage to deceive the world. Taking advantage of the situation, he led efforts to build the Third Temple in Jerusalem, marking the beginning of the seven-year Tribulation.

This is why the rising conflict in the Middle east is the last rise of jihad—a final attempt that will ultimately fail as prophecy says in Ezekiel 38.

Israel: The Key to End-Times Events

For nearly 1,900 hundreds, the land of Israel was commonly referred to as Palestine, but the Jewish people have now returned to their rightful homeland. As prophesied in Psalm 83:4, Israel’s enemies declared:

"Come, let us cut them off from being a nation, that the name of Israel may be remembered no more."

Yet, in 1948, against all odds, Israel was reborn as a sovereign nation. Today, it stands as a powerful and prosperous country, fulfilling the prophecy of Ezekiel 38:1–6, which foretells the rise of a great military alliance against Israel. This coalition—including Iran, Libya, Turkey, and Russia—will unite with the intent to destroy Israel, but they will ultimately face God’s divine judgment.

Following this climactic battle, the Bible reveals that a false peace will be established. The Antichrist will deceive the world, orchestrating a deceptive treaty that promises security but ultimately leads to his seven-year reign. During this time, Israel will move forward with building the Third Temple, fulfilling yet another key prophecy.

The stage is set, and biblical prophecy is unfolding before our eyes. Though the world may conspire against Israel, God’s plan remains unshaken—His promises to His people will come to pass.

Hope for Believers: Our Future in Christ

While the world watches the rise of jihad and increasing global chaos, Jesus gave us a promise:

"Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions. If it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you." (John 14:1–4)

For those in Christ, the future is not one of fear but of hope. The Bible assures us that we will be with Jesus before the worst events unfold. The lawless one, the Antichrist, will rise, after our departure but he will ultimately be defeated.

Until then, we are called to stand firm in our faith, share the gospel, and pray for those still lost in darkness.

Stay Awake and Stand Firm

The rise of jihad is not just a geopolitical issue—it is a spiritual battle. But we know that the final victory belongs to Jesus Christ.

As believers, our mission is to remain watchful, rooted in Scripture, and committed to spreading the truth. The time is short, and the gospel must be preached to all nations.

Let us stand firm, knowing  that no matter how dark the world becomes, the light of Christ will never be overcome.
